More information: I captured the start up screen that appeared briefly and disappeared always at that much progress on the progress bar. This machine is an old Sony Vaio, with AMD Athlon XP CPU and 512MB of RAM and Windows XP Home Edition. Now that AOO 4.1.0 Beta is released. I installed two packages, one at a time: 1.en-US 2.th and the result is the same. On some machines it works fine. On another it just show the starup screen briefly and AOO fails to start. I test with Windows XP and Windows 7 machines. I'm sorry that I don't know how to make a Dr.Watson hardware list.
