Reduce zoom and show multiple pages, then grab the anchor of the picture and drop the anchor on to the target page. Notice, that you have to drag&drop the anchor, not the picture. That is true for other anchor types too. Dragging the picture changes the alignments to the kind "from left" and "from top", whereas dragging the anchor preserves the alignments. That is very important, when pictures are used in page style kind "mirrored" with "inner" and "outer" alignments.
