        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Small Text Rotation makes cell contents leave cell
                    related to 'Reference Edge' Setting
           Product: Calc
           Version: OOo 3.3 or older
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3

Sample Document

Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.0.1 Release – German UI / German locale
[AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7
Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor
versions

0. Open attached sample document
1. Click Cell A16
2. Menu 'Format → Cells → Alignment → Text Orientation: modify from 0° to 1°'
Unexpectedly text moves to column F or so
3. Same proceeding with cell A17: contents vanishes to the left
4. Same proceeding with cell A18: nothing unexpected

The result depends on cell properties setting for “Reference Edge”
Additional Info:
(a) There is a "LibO#39990 - Formatted rotated text misbehaves. It does not
always remain in the cell", seems I did not understand the problem
(b) Already reproducible with OOo 1.1.5, so behavior might be intended?
    But I don't understand it
