We are very low on memory. The problem seems to have begun in 11/2013 and 2/18/2014 is the earliest date I see that the association is working again. As you see in the attached screen capture, I have tried to browse for Open Office and found only Star Office 5.2 to attach in the Windows association screen. I was able to find the OO Quick Start function, but that does not attach the program to the file. Maybe you could list the path to browse to get the proper file.
