Under Linux (with Gnome 3) the scrollbar cursor is there, but it has the same
color as the scrollbar background; it is thus invisible.
Compare OpenOffice 4.0.1 (cursor invisible) and Firefox (cursor visible) on the
same system. Picture attached.
Now, even if this was due to some bad settings in Gnome 3, we should never set
the cursor color to be the same as its background. I don't know how colors are
defined, but for sure the two should be differentiated.
