Thank you for your feedback. I wasn't aware of such printer behavior. Indeed if
the printer adjusts the size or doesn't create the page from top left, the
print will fail.

That is only a hint for developers who are looking for tasks, we can't force
anyone to work on this. But setting a difficulty might attract volunteers.

Wouldn't it be easier to use the wizard and adjust the paper size with 4
clicks?
