It seems, progress in "Issue 124460 - Automatic "bug NNNN" links broken in
bugzilla comments" (old Bug 1234 now again creates a working auto link) now
breaks links in "Isssue NNNNN". That is more than anoying, copy/paste of an
issue summary should create a working auto link.
