          Issue ID: 124498
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Cannot change fill character in TOC
           Product: Writer
           Version: 4.0.1
          Hardware: Mac
                OS: Mac OSX, 10.9
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

I have a standard TOC where I want to remove the standard fill character (dot)
This appears not to be possible. I can change the Fillchar to "none" in the
style of content1 and content2, but this has no effect on the actual TOC
formatting. Changing the fill char to any other character does not work either.
In short: the option to change the fill character in the TOC has no effect
whatsoever.

To reproduce the problem:
- create a Write document with Heading1 and heading2
- Insert a table of contents
- Observe the dots are there in the TOC as fill char
- change the styles of content1 and content2 and set the fill char in "Tab" to
"none"
- see what happens to the TOC: the dots are still there
