My Win View setting is "WIN7". I was not able to reproduce problems with that document: 1. Open sample document 2. Open 'Forms -> Rightclick "DOKUMENTE" -> Edit' > FORMS view opens 3. If necessary activate Toolbar "Form Controls", activate Edit mode and try, for example one by one alternating 3D - Flat - ... With my settings View followed exactly 3D- Flat setting 4. Close - reopen in View mode: 3D and Flat still ok.
