only a sample file with control fields
I'm using a Mac mini, actual OSX 10.8.2.
Attached is a very stupid example calc sheet with some controls to test the
issue.
I'm working on files with many controls (attached to a database). But it is
getting bothersome when selecting an other control and the properties windows
for controls is open.
Try the following in design mode. (only MacOS!)
Click quickly onto the different controls in any order
1. without the properties window it should be like "normal"
2. with the properties window for controls is opened it would be become
difficult to click onto the next control without moving the previous.
Have selected Calc because the timing of the focus of controls at other
document types are not so critical.
Tested it also and created the sample with AOO 4.1 beta.
Hoping my english description is understandable.
