A new feature to lock a page with a checkbox so it can be held firm while text
entered in pages above or below the locked page will flow around the locked
page without disturbing the page.
Usefulness when occasionally you make a perfect page that is exactly as you
like and don't want it disturbed by the rest of the document you are writing.
Especially useful when citing and commenting on other's work such as legal
statutes, so all the material stays put.
