Something what might be related: When I open document with above mentioned version (From AOO Starc Center, AOO File Menu) the 'Save' icon becomes active immediately after the document has been opened. With AOO 4.0.1 the Save icon stays inactive until the first modification. @zhaoshzh Unfortunately information you contributed is much to imprecise to reproduce your problem. Please add all information requested in following: c) Contribute a document related step by step instruction containing every key press and every mouse click how to reproduce your problem "REFER" to "THE video" is much to unclear. What does "refer" mean? You insert a hyperlink? Via menu or icon?
