A patch by Andre is available (as he writes, this is not the best since it relies on hardcoded theme names; but it is very simple and it works). Without the patch, if you go to the sidebar and click to increase the "Above Paragraph Spacing" all numbers will overlap and become unreadable. The same holds for the other dialogs (File - Save, font selection...). With the patch, the problem is solved.
