How to reproduce:
1. Start OpenOffice
2. Activate accessibility support:
2a. Tools->Options
2b. OpenOffice->Accessibility
2c. Check 'Support assistive techonology tools
3. Restart OpenOffice
Sometimes OpenOffice does not start.
