Small file to show numbers are imported incorrectly in Calc
Open the attached CSV in Calc 4.0.1: The 3-digit numbers like 0.667 become 667,
0.152 becomes 152. This seems to be the same issue as 87885 but that one
reports it as being related to a specific language and that is imho not the
case. That's why I report a new issue.
