I use two PC's still running Windows XP with Beta 4.1.0
On one machine I can open any valid file from within within Open Office and
from Windows.
On the second machine I can open any valid file from within Open Office but
from within Windows I get 'Not a valid Win32 application.
All file associations are valid.
