In Calc, right-click a Sheet tab (bottom), and you'll notice "Sheet
Right-To-Left" menu-item. It toggles between LTR and RTL, but correct UI
behavior should update its state, too, so either (1) add a check next to
"Sheet Right-To-Left", while the document is already in RTL directionality, or
(2) change the string of menu-item to "Sheet Left-to-Right", and vice versa,
each time a user change doc direction.
Also, consider changing the text to "Right-To-Left Sheet", which is more
legible.
