Issue 118528 is about autocorrect list and this one is about a dictionary. The user dictionaries are stored in the folder "workbook" in the "user" directory. When you install version 4.1 over a previous 4.0.1 the default behavior is, that the old user directory is retained. To be sure backup the folder before installing. The user dictionaries are .dic files. You can simply copy them to the new workbook folder if needed, for example when moving to a new hardware. A user dictionary is a plain text file.
