Sometimes it is difficult to make a bug reproducible, and users might doubt whether there is a problem with the own PC or the software so that they should report a Bug. In these cases it is useful if a Bug report already does exist. This will encourage users who see that the problem is not limited to their PC to share their experience in Bug reports, what will increase chance that the bug will become reproducible.
