On Windows one can D&D a file to the window title bar in AOO and the file will
open. On Linux there is now way to open a file by D&D when no empty
workspace/Startcenter is available.
I can imagine 3 possible solutions:
1) D&D to the window title bar like on Windows
2) allow to open a new empty workspace/Startcenter even if other AOO windows
are open
3) allow to use the AOO Quickstarter as target for D&D
