Sample spreadsheet causing CPU load.

OO Calc is eating much all my CPU while editing a pretty normal, but bigger
file.

Computer:
Apple MacBook late 2006, 1.83 GHz Core 2 Duo
3 GiB RAM

After opening the file attached (a CSV disguised as Excel), the CPU load
consumed by soffice rises to a rather constant percentage between 11% and 13.5%
and will stay there unlimited.

The loading process of the file itself is without hassle.

After inserting a line on top of the file and navgating around over the first
500 lines of the sheet, load rises to 14% to 17%.

After applying an autofilter to column B _and_ selecting a value on this
filter, i.e. reducing the visible part of the table to a few lines, the load
rises to 40%.

After selecting "all" at the filtered Column, load will drop to 12% again.

When selecting a value with few results again, the load rises to 40% or more.

Now something weird: If I navigate to the right (into an area with only empty
columns) e.g. by using the horizontal slider, CPU load drops to under 1%.

This is rather disturbing, because the CPU load is produced, while really
nothing is done. And there seem to be very different nothings.
