The loader finished (it said successful but was wrong) and after a reboot when 4.1.0 was called , the load failed missing a file.. I had installed 4.0.1 after doing a delete of the 4.1.0. I then did a delete of the 4.0.1 and loaded 4.1.0 which is now performing perfectly on both machines. SO: I cannot replicate the problem which I described. Ergo, I have wasted your good time and gotten a good install of 4.10. I appreciate the dedication shown here. My great thanks and please delete Issue 124801.
