Explication how I did research
I found some unused and useless Target Milestones what should be dropped:
AOO 4.0.0: Correct 4.0.0 does exist
AOO 4.1: Correct 4.1.0 does exist
AOOo 3.5.0: Has never been released
Glow 0.3: I haven't a clue what that might be
OOo 3.5: Has never been released

Query (URL above) proves that listed TM are unused
