I installed OpenOffice 4.1.0 today and have discovered that when I open a
read-only document and click on the 'Edit File' -> 'Yes' icon, Writer crashes.
It then brings up the OpenOffice Document Recovery pane. Upon clicking OK, the
pane closes and OpenOffice opens.
In previous versions, an editable copy of the document opened.
I have reproduced this behaviour with several read-only documents.
I am running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (64 bit) OS on a Core I5
with 16GB of RAM.
