The position of the navigator window should be related to main document window.
But in the OS/2 code, the window position changes when a different document
window is moved to foreground.
I think the code is getting the position of wrong window (e.g. frame instead of
client area).
This is for sure inside VCL code, and exist since ever (2.x and later).
