when trying to paste from a web site to a text file, paste special
(ctrl-shift-v) does not work, and the menu command is unavailable(greyed out).
Note that I can access the command only by closing the file and reopening it,
although this only seems to work the first time, then the paste special command
is again unavailable. I did not have this problem when using earlier versions
of Open office.
