Why recreate the same? I set this issue as "enhancement". I wonder if you have understood this issue. Closed with NOT_AN_ISSUE is not satisfied. I'm not a developer but I think that could be fixed as an easy hack. If the "Sum" button is able to test the header cells range to not include text.
