/file/new/database
radiobutton for connecting to available database
select "Text" entry from listbox
press search button within the next dialog page
try to select a csv file
-> file names are ignored
workaround: If you manually enter a file name including the path then you can
add a csv file
tested in a Win7 box with 4.1.0 and within 3.4.1 on Mac (so this bug must be a
bit older...)
