Presently using 3.2 with Windows 7 and HP 309g printer. Have been able to
print using various sizes and formats with no problem. Recently, however,
the envelope comes out unprinted. Preview shows correct information and
"Envelope being printed on HP 309" is displayed on monitor.
Can I solve by loading a newer version?
