More info: OS = MAC X 10.6.6 Driver for LaserJet downloaded from Dell = Dell_2330dn_Laser_Printer version 10.6.0.0 (The default driver in the MAC OS does not support envelopes.) Default paper size in Print & Fax preferences = US Letter. That is the reason for the error message (see attachment) when setting the paper feed to "manual envelope" in the Print dialogue. If I set the default paper size to Envelope #10, then printing of envelopes is fine, but printing regular pages does not work any longer.
