sample document to demonstrate the flickering of navigator
Attached is a sample document to show the annoying flickering of the navigator.
Specials of the document: in header and footer of page layout Default there are
placed linked sections that links to sections at page layout First Page.
I cannot reproduce this issue under MacOS so it could be Linux (Ubuntu, deb)
specific.
I cannot reproduce this issue with OOo 2.4 so it is a regression.
