Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale

Simply open attachment, picture in right table cell will show the problem.

This problem might be the one of "Issue 119503 - [From Symphony]Picture display
incorrectly one properties contour is checked", "73158 - WW8: graphics from 3rd
party doc imported with "contour wrap"" or some else, but the summaries and
comments there are too rare to decide
