Impress hangs when adding a new presentation style using "Styles and
Formatting" dialog within side bar.
Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open Impress with an empty presentation
(2) Select "Styles and Formatting" dialog, "Presentation Styles" tab within
side bar
(3) Select "Outline 1" style
(4) Press right mouse button and try to add a new style using "New..."
The problem appears on Mac OS X 10.9.3 with OpenOffice 4.2 revision 1600631
from trunk, but seems to exist in earlier revisions too. It exists an Windows 7
with OpenOffice 4.0.1 too.
