--- Comment #2 from ScottS <[email protected]> ---
This bug has been confirmed on:

OOo build version: 4.1.0
Hardware: ASUS laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Open Office Calc
2. Choose a cell and type a few words to fill the cell
3. Select the cell and find the properties tab on the right of the screen
4. Check the box to wrap text and change text orientation to a value other than
0 degrees
5. Try to change the alignment to another option other than left
6. Observe that the text does not change alignment

SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED

Additional Notes:
when the text orientation is set to 90 or 270 degrees the text is now vertical.
The alignment options will move the text to the left, center and right of the
cell but not in a way the user expects. It was also observed that at degrees
where the text pivots outside the box, wrap text does not work either.
