Screenshot of problem.
Headings that are made up of four or less characters do not appear properly in
the table of contents. The dots that are supposed to separate the page numbers
from the titles simply do not appear. I am working on a health book, and this
problem recurred with both the sections "Soy" and "Zinc". I had to rename the
sections to overcome the bug.
The attached screenshot displays the problem with the heading, "Zinc".
