Add a new option to allow the user to enable ODF 1.2 file encryption AES-256 as
default. Currently blowfish is used to ensure backward compatibility.
The new default still allows to open older documents encrypted with blowfish
but new document will use the new algorithm and can't be open with older office
versions.
The user can decide what more important higher security or backward
compatibility.
