Opening the linked ODS spreadsheet

which is a program of the FIFA 2014 football (aka soccer) championship with
LibreOffice shows the country banner images in the expected cells while opening
in AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1602434 (and also in 4.1.0 and 4.0.1) shows
the flags in incorrect places.
If the file is edited and saved in AOO the flags will no longer show in the
correct place under LO.
