in calc pages are counted for all sheets. unfortunately page break preview
shows
page numbers relative to current sheet, thus making it very confusing for users
to find out which pages should be printed.
there should be an option to show either relative or absolute page numbers and
in default it should be set to absolute.
It would be nice to have the pageNo() function available to the cells just like
SUM, IF, etc.
