When I open the cell formatting option whether through a right click or through
the menu option and change to number and close the window the formatting is
reverting back to the formatting prior to changing the formatting to number.
In the spread sheet I am working on the formatting "sticks" but in other cells
it refuses to "stick" no matter what I do. I've investigated every tab and
setting on the cells that do "stick" and make sure that the settings are
exactly the same as the ones that don't "stick", to no avail. The formatting
works until I get down to about row 58
