Since upgrading to v4.1.0 when try to print envelopes the printer (HP OfficeJet
6500) gives an incorrect document/paper size error and does not print. Envelope
is passed through the printer without printing.
#10 and #6-3/4 were tried with every combination of orientation on the Envelope
dialog. Envelopes were tried in printer in both landscape and portrait
orientations.
