To reproduce:
Using a common toolbar, say the Formatting or Standard toolbar in Writer:
1) undock the toolbar
2) hit the close button on the toolbar's window
3) then close and reopen the program
The program has forgotten that the toolbar was closed. The view->toolbars menu
will also show that the toolbar is hidden, though the setting isn't saved.
Additionally, moving between multiple instances of the program where some
windows have the toolbar shown and others do not will behave normally if the
toolbar is hidden via the view->toolbars menu. If the menu is hidden with the
close button, the toolbar will reappear as soon as the original window gains
focus.
