Right after installing some localized versions, you get a notification about
updates for the dictionary extensions.
"Easy" steps if you don't want to install every package:
- configure with --with-lang="ast bg ca ca-XV cs da de el en-GB en-US es eu fi
fr gd gl he hi hu it ja km ko lt nb nl pl pt pt-BR ru sk sl sr sv ta th tr vi
zh-CN zh-TW"
- run ./bootstrap
- copy all dictionary extension from trunk/ext_sources/*.oxt to
/opt/openoffice4/share/extensions/install/
I see following updates available:

http://extensions.openoffice.org/node/17340/update
http://extensions.openoffice.org/node/1196/update
Tested only with trunk, the 4.1.1 branch might also be affected.
