All I want to do is to number my 2-page resume' in the "old-school" way. Page 1
should have NO NUMBER, because any idiot can see that it is the first page! I
want Page 2 to be numbered "2", centred on the HEADER. Why is this so insanely
hard to accomplish???!!! Urrrrrrrgggh!!!
