Animation title bar does not highlight when mouse is moved into title bar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Impress Document
2. Select menu Insert > Animated Image...
3. Move mouse cursor in/out of Animation title bar area.
Actual Results:
In step 3, the Animation title bar does not highlight when mouse cursor is
moved into the title bar area.
Expected Results:
In step 3, the Animation title bar should show highlighting when the mouse
cursor moves into the title bar and return to normal when it leave the title
bar area.

Regression info:
The bug exists in AOO 4.1.0
Had to select v4.1.0 above because 4.1.1 is not listed.
