form name is not updating
1.In form wizard,select data from Tables or queries in the field selection(step
1) eg:[Table:CD-Collection]
2.Then select all the required fields upto step7
3.In the set name(step8), it displays name of the form as CD-Collection
4.Then go back to step1 and select another table eg:[Table:Accounts]
5.Then select all the required fields upto step7
6.In the step8, the form name is not updating.It displays CD-Collection
