I do not see these options when I open an existing database. Proceeding forward. When I first see the dialog you have attached, the "Create Tables using the table wizard" is visible to me with the version and OS I am using -- AOO411m6(Build:9775) - Rev. 1617669 2014-08-13 09:23 - Linux i686 -- and I can select it, and then I do go directly into the Table creation wizard.
