more controls tool bar is not displaying
To verify this issue
1.open a form in design view
2.Then go to view menu -->Toolbar-->Form controls
3. click on the "form controls" it displays many controls
4.in that click on the more controls. it will displays the another Toolbar
But sometimes more control toolbar is not displaying
