          Issue ID: 125499
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Cannot add internet search engine
           Product: General
           Version: 4.1.0
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: ui
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Fresh install of 4.1.1 on openSUSE 13.1 x64, KDE desktop. SeaMonkey is set as
default browser. Pre-configured search engines work as expected from the
hyperlink bar.

Adding a new search engine, even by copying/pasting from an existing one to a
new one with a different name, fails to launch the browser, with the error:

OpenOffice could not find a web browser on your system. Please check your
Desktop Preferences or install a web browser (for example, Mozilla) in the
default location requested during the browser installation.

On Windows XP (32-bit), the error is different. Searching for "fruit" yields an
error window with the search term as the title:

Windows could not find 'fruit'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly,
and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then
click Search.

I haven't looked at the code for this, but it appears that the error messages
are coming from the OS, and that OpenOffice is trying to launch the search term
as the program name of the browser.
