When trying to set up e-mail merging (Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice Writer ->
Mail Merge E-mail) in Writer (OS/2 version 4.1.1 RC3), 'test settings...'
always fails with 'Failed to establish network connection'. All other network
apps have no issue with the network connection on this system.
