This is the label file (cannot include the spreadsheet, only one file
accepted).
Created a Label document via a spreadsheet, converted to a database and then a
Label doc. When printing, the last two fields are not filled in. To include the
last two fields in a printed label, a dummy last record must be added.
I've attached the label file only, as there appears to be no mechanism to
include the spreadsheet.
